    Cloudflare has reported that their incident has been resolved. Hatch's web application, API, message and voice systems have been restored to normal.

    Users are intermittently unable to log in to Hatch's web application. Hatch's API cannot be connected to by service partners. Inbound messages and voice calls are not being processed.

    We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
